Because TribeBlend runs on the desktop, an outage of our services does not stop analysts from working. Here is how each piece behaves and how we handle incidents.

This page is a point-in-time reliability overview, not a live monitor. During an incident we update this page and email organization admins directly.

Desktop-first by design

Queries run locally against a cached copy of your data, so the grid, the AI, and your in-progress work stay available even when our website or network is down. Sign-in, licensing checks, and governed write-back to Databricks resume automatically once connectivity returns.

We notify organization admins by email and update this page with scope, impact, and resolution. For urgent issues, reach us through the contact page. Security vulnerabilities have a dedicated channel in security.txt.
