Frequently asked questions

How does the 14-day trial work?
After you verify your email, your organization gets the full product for 14 days — both plans include the same features, so there is nothing to choose up front. No credit card required.
What happens at day 14?
At the end of the trial, access pauses. An admin can contact us to convert the workspace to a paid contract or request an extension while the agreement is finalized.
Why no self-serve checkout?
We're direct-sales. Every customer signs a contract covering data-residency needs, security review, and support commitments, so a sales conversation comes before a paid contract starts. The 14-day trial itself is self-serve. Pricing is flat per plan, so there are no seat true-ups and no surprise invoices.
How many seats does my trial include?
Your 14-day trial is unlimited-seat. Everyone on your corporate email domain can join the same trial workspace. When you convert to paid, you pick the plan that matches your headcount — Team for 10–50 seats, Enterprise for 50+.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Warehouse datasets stay in Databricks and local analyst work stays on the device. The website may retain account, license, audit, billing, and support metadata according to the privacy policy and retention settings.
