The trial license is issued by Keygen.sh with a 14-day expiry. When it ends, the desktop app hard-locks and every team member's website access is suspended until your organization contacts contact@tribeblend.com to extend.

How does the 14-day trial work?
When you verify your email at registration, we issue your company an Enterprise license keyed to a 14-day Keygen.sh expiry. The desktop app and the website dashboard unlock every feature for that period. There's no credit card, and no tier choice. Everyone is on Enterprise.
What happens at day 14?
The desktop app hard-locks on the first heartbeat after the license expires, and everyone in your organization is redirected to a suspended page on the website (except billing and profile settings, which remain read-only). To keep access, an admin emails contact@tribeblend.com; we'll extend the Keygen license and reinstate the dashboard the same day we agree on a contract.
Why no self-serve checkout?
We're Enterprise-only and direct-sales. Every customer signs a contract tailored to seat count, data-residency needs, and support tier. No tier-chasing, no seat true-ups, no surprise invoices.
How many seats does my trial include?
Your 14-day trial is unlimited-seat. Everyone on your corporate email domain can join the same trial workspace. When you convert to paid, we'll size the contract to your team.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Warehouse datasets stay in Databricks and local analyst work stays on the device. The website may retain account, license, audit, billing, and support metadata according to the privacy policy and retention settings.
